How To Stop Body Odor?

Hey everyone.

I have a problem with body odor. It happens everyday, no matter what I do. I take showers daily, with deodorant body soap. Every night, I apply Certain-Dri antiperspirant. Throughout the day, I don%26#039;t have a problem with sweating, but i still get the body odor.

I have tried about a dozen different deodorants (right guard, axe, degree clinical protection, old spice pro+strength, gillette clinical, etc), and none of them keep the odor away. Its not really a musty smell, just a weird, dry, unpleasant odor.

I take my multivitamins everyday, and I recently started taking chlorophyll gel caps (which is supposedly %26quot;the internal deodorizer%26quot; ). Other than that, I do not take any medications.

Does anyone have any solutions/suggestions to the problem?

Thanks

Keep on with the chlorophyll -- you may not be taking enough, so increase your intake if it isn%26#039;t helping at the present level. It is a very good odor reducer and harmless no matter how much you take. You might want to add a little zinc to your list -- not over 30 mg a day. Eating more vegetables and a lot less meat and greasy food might help, too.

Good luck.
Reply:The first thing I would do is change my Shower habit to mornings instead of evenings before bed...........because this could be a bedtime odor...............

Try showering in the morning and then applying the deordorant and then going to school or work or whatever you do...............

Good Luck and Take Care...............
Reply:I read somewhere that the foods we eat can cause body odor.

You may consider making changes to your diet. As to what

foods cause it, I don%26#039;t know. You may try doing a Google search for it.

You might also try using baby powder.
